I have read all of the testimonials and couldn't agree more.    My son, Jakob, started here when he was 5 years old.  He is now 7 and a green belt in the intermediate big kids class.  Mr. and Mrs. Goodner are truly dedicated and committed to teaching our children self-esteem, respect for others, and helping our children develop their physical abilities ( and gently teaching the parents how to reinforce the rules at home as well).   I love Mr. Goodner's humor and his consistent methods of instruction. 

Even though I love everything about it, sometimes I have felt that I couldn't afford to keep attending because Jakob's father is no longer able to help us financially.  However, I have made Jakob's martial arts education my financial priority because I know it is a valuable part of his whole education - it is not a luxury, it is a necessity!  When I consider moving away from Carson City, one thing holds me back and that is this academy.  I can't imagine finding another place like it.  Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Goodner!
